Refunds may be given by the finance director upon finding that there was a clerical error in the calculation of a system development charge.

Refunds are not allowed for failure to timely claim credit or for failure to timely seek an alternative method of system development charge calculation at the time of submission of an application for a building permit. [BC 3.07.160, added by Ordinance No. 4661, 7/14/15]
