All funds derived from the TSDC described in this chapter are to be segregated by accounting practices from all funds of the City. Those TSDCs collected under this chapter will be used for no purpose other than set forth in BC 3.07.050.

The finance director shall provide the council with an annual accounting, by January 1st of each year, for TSDCs showing the total amount of revenues collected for each type of facility and the projects funded from each account in the previous fiscal year. A list of the amount spent on each projected funded in whole or in part with TSDC revenues shall be included in the annual accounting. [BC 3.07.150, added by Ordinance No. 4661, 7/14/15]
