Unless specifically governed by a City ordinance, resolution, or regulation, any council member who voted with the majority or was not present at the time of a vote may move for reconsideration of an action at the same or next regular meeting of city council. Once a matter has been reconsidered, a council member is prohibited from making a motion for further consideration unless there is unanimous consent from city council.
