Chapter 5 of the Dangerous Buildings Code is amended by adding Section 505 to read as follows: “Any person aggrieved by the decision of the board of Construction Appeals concerning a Notice and Order of the Building Official may file an Appeal to the city council within 15 days setting forth the issues of disagreement. Said appeal shall be in writing and filed with the city recorder.” [BC 8.03.040, repealed and replaced by Ordinance No. 3680, 6/12/89]
