A. No secondhand dealer shall engage in, conduct, or carry on a secondhand business without a secondhand dealer permit. The secondhand dealer permit shall contain the address where it is valid.

B. If a secondhand dealer has an additional business location in the City, then the secondhand dealer must file an application for another secondhand dealer permit and pay an additional fee for that additional business location. Secondhand dealer permits issued for additional business locations are subject to all the requirements of this chapter. The term of the permit issued for a subsequent or additional business location will expire on the same date as the initial permit.
