7.02.070 Closure during pendency of action – Emergency closures.

The City may institute an action for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction pursuant to ORCP 78 if a threatened or existing nuisance under this chapter creates an emergency that requires immediate action to protect public health, safety or welfare.
