Any impoundment of a vehicle pursuant to this ordinance is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other civil, criminal, or administrative penalty, sanction, or remedy otherwise authorized by law. [BC 6.05.035, added by Ordinance No. 4053 § 9, 8/2/99]
