A. The dog control ordinance of Washington County, Ordinance 306, enacted June 11, 1985, by the board of county commissioners, is by this reference incorporated into and made a part of this code as the dog control ordinance of the city, except as hereinafter specifically amended, modified or deleted, and shall be known and may be cited as the “city dog control ordinance”. Violation of Ordinance No. 306, as it is now or as hereafter constituted, and any amendments thereto shall be an offense against the City.

B. One copy of Washington County Ordinance No. 306 as it is now or hereafter constituted, and any amendments thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the city recorder. [BC 5.12.010, amended by Ordinance No. 3515, 6/10/86]
