Water service that is regulated by this chapter may not be used for irrigation when nonpotable water is available as defined by Chapter 4.03 BC. For this regulation, “available” means the property is within the nonpotable service area and is required to connect to the nonpotable water system, per the regulations in Chapter 4.03 BC.
