A. City staff will provide city council semi-annual updates regarding real estate acquisition activities, opportunities, and priorities.
B. In addition to the updates described in subsection A of this section, City staff will discuss specific property acquisition activity with the city council as needed to keep the council informed. [BC 3.10.015, amended by Ordinance No. 4750, 1/8/19]
