A. The city recorder shall maintain records of all monies paid and waivers issued pursuant to this chapter.

B. The director shall cause a copy of any waiver issued under this chapter to be mailed to the Washington County Director of Assessment and Taxation with a request that such information be considered in determining the assessed value of the subject property.
