The city manager is authorized to adopt any necessary administrative procedures, rules or regulations to administer and enforce the provisions of this code and to carry out the city manager’s duties and responsibilities under the city charter. [BC 1.02.010, amended by Ordinance No. 4794, 12/1/20]
