A. Violation of this ordinance constitutes a Class 1 Civil Infraction to be processed in accordance with the procedures provided in BC 2.10.010 through 2.10.050.

B. Each violation of a separate provision of this ordinance constitutes a separate infraction, and each day that a violation of this ordinance is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate infraction.

C. The penalties imposed by this section are in addition to and not in lieu of any remedies available to the City under BC 9.05.160 or state law. [BC 9.05.165, amended by Ordinance No. 4249, 4/7/03]
