A. Upon termination of the permit for any reason, the applicant shall at the applicant’s own risk and expense, remove the sidewalk bench, transit shelter, newsrack or other facility and leave the site in a clean condition and in as good a state of repair as when installation was made.

B. If the applicant fails to remove the sidewalk bench, transit shelter, newsrack or other facility or apply for a new permit within 20 days of the termination date of the permit, the City may proceed to remove the sidewalk bench, transit shelter, newsrack or other facility.
