It shall be unlawful to place any sidewalk bench, transit shelter, newsrack or other similar facility in public rights-of-way without first having obtained a permit from the City. One permit may be issued to include any number of items, shall specify the exact location of such item(s), and shall be signed by the applicant. [BC 9.01.302, added by Ordinance No. 3520, 6/16/86]
