“Marijuana items” has the meaning given that term in ORS 475B.015(16).

“Marijuana retailer” means a person licensed under ORS 475B.110.

“Retail sale price” means the total consideration paid to a marijuana retailer for a marijuana item, excluding tax, by or on behalf of a consumer. [BC 7.03.005, added by Ordinance No. 4647, 10/28/14; BC 7.03.005, repealed and replaced by Ordinance No. 4705, 4/18/17]
