A person who violates BC 5.17.020 commits a Class 1 civil infraction. The Class 1 civil infraction shall be processed in accordance with the procedures set forth in BC 2.10.010 through 2.10.050. Any fines pursuant to this chapter are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other civil or administrative penalty, sanction, or remedy otherwise authorized by law.
