Any person who violates BC 5.08.514, BC 5.08.515 or BC 5.08.516 commits a noncriminal violation punishable by a fine of not more than $300. Any penalty imposed pursuant to this section is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other civil, criminal or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law.
