A. Employees of the City may request permission to enter private property to inspect: the condition of the pipes from the meter to properties; related fixtures and appurtenances; and use of the nonpotable water.

B. If access to the property is refused, the City employee will not inspect the property until the employee obtains an administrative search warrant for inspection of the property pursuant to BC 2.04.102. [BC 4.03.100, added by Ordinance No. 4781, 9/8/20]
