As used in this code, unless the context requires otherwise, the following mean:

Nonpotable Water. Water that is: collected from alternative sources that are not part of the City’s potable water system, treated as required by state and federal regulations, and distributed for nondrinking water uses. It is not storm water, sanitary sewer, or potable water.

Nonpotable Water System. The system of facilities necessary for providing nonpotable water, including but not limited to all collection, treatment, storage, and distribution facilities.

Service Area. All properties and developments that are within the boundaries shown on Figure 1.
