2.11.070 Rules of order for council meetings.

Robert’s Rules of Order, 11th Edition, shall govern in all other situations not covered in these rules. If the rules in this chapter conflict with Robert’s Rules of Order, the rules in this chapter shall govern. The city attorney shall be parliamentarian for the city council.
