The city council hereby approves bylaws for the sister cities advisory board attached to the ordinance codified in this section as Exhibit A. These may be altered, amended or repealed upon 30 days’ notice at any meeting of the sister cities advisory board by a two-thirds majority vote of the incumbent sister cities advisory board members. Amendments shall not be effective until approved by the city attorney for conformance to City Code and ratified by the city council. [BC 2.03.356, added by Ordinance No. 4494, 11/17/08]
