The committee shall elect a chairperson who shall be elected annually to serve a one year term. In the absence of the chairperson, the chairperson shall designate a member of the committee to serve in that capacity as the chairperson’s designate. [BC 2.03.253, added by Ordinance No. 3783, 8/26/91]
