There is hereby continued a commission to be known as the Beaverton cable communications commission (hereafter commission) to oversee, administer and enforce the terms and provisions of BC 2.03.010 through 2.03.014, and any other City cable regulations or code provisions and any franchise awarded under them. The council may contract, jointly agree or otherwise provide with other local or regional governments, counties, special districts or commissions to perform some or all of the functions of the commission in lieu of proceeding pursuant to the above language and BC 2.03.012 and BC 2.03.014 below.

For the purposes of BC 2.03.010 through 2.03.014, the terms “system” or “cable communications system” shall have the same meaning given to those terms in BC 4.10.015.
