1.08.010 Delegation of authority to presiding judge.

The presiding judge of the Beaverton Municipal Court may:
A. Define which items and weapons are prohibited from the local court facility; and
B. Establish and maintain procedures to conduct administrative searches for prohibited items and weapons before entry into the local court facility. [BC 1.08.010, added by Ordinance No. 4747, 12/4/18]
