Pursuant to ORS 221.330, all provisions of the state law as now constituted, including administrative rules and regulations, which are incorporated by reference throughout the Beaverton Code are adopted herein and shall be effective as though set forth in full. To the maximum extent constitutionally permissible, amendments occurring after passage of this section shall be adopted herein as hereafter constituted and shall be effective as though set forth in full.
